Rich Banana and Chocolate Shake

A deliciously cool drink after a tiring day.

Ingredients:
2 scoops chocolate ice-cream
5 cups full-cream or low-fat milk
1 cup crushed ice
3 ripe bananas, peeled
A few crystal-like jellies (optional)

Garnish:
Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Makes 4-5 servings.
