Apple Bake

Ingredients:  3 baking apples Shortcrust pastry Applesauce Raisins (optional) |
| Instructions: Cut up the apples into small cubes then make your pastry or use store-bought shortcrust pastry. Using the shortcrust pastry, make a pie crust and fill with apple cubes and raisins (optional) and 5 tablespoons of applesauce. Bake at 180 degrees C/350 degrees F/Gas Mark 4 for 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
