Banana-Pineapple Shakes

This shake gives you natural banana and pineapple flavors.

Ingredients:
3 bananas, sliced
1 small can Del Monte crushed pineapple, drained (any brand of crushed pineapple may be used)
6 cups milk
5 ice cubes
1/3 quart (approximately 295 mL) vanilla ice cream

Instructions:
Blend ice cubes and milk for 1 minute in an electric blender. Add ice cream and blend for 30 seconds. Add sliced bananas and crushed pineapple. Blend for 1 minute. Serve in chilled fluted glasses.

Makes 4 servings.
