Made this pie for 4th of July and it was a big hit! Everyone loved it and my son-in-law made me leave it at his house so he could finish it off! This is a cool tasting dessert for a hot summer day. Easy to make and wonderful tasting. I will defintely be making this again for another family get together.

I made these pies for Thanksgiving & everyone loved them. I was told to make them for Christmas, and I will.
