Springtime Candy Baskets

Ingredients:  2 cups miniature marshmallows 1/4 cup (1/2 stick/2 oz/56g) butter 1 (6-ounce) package (4 cups) chow mein noodles Pastel-colored chocolate candies or jelly beans |
| Instructions: Combine marshmallows and butter in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are melted (6 to 8 minutes). Stir in noodles until very well coated. Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of buttered 12-cup muffin pan with buttered fingers. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Remove baskets from cups; fill with candy. Store in airtight container up to 2 days. Makes 12 baskets. |

These baskets are so cute! I needed something quick and easy to make for Easter dinner and saw your recipe for these. We brought them to dinner and everyone was in awe over them and wouldn't stop talking about it! Thank you so much for this cute idea!
