We made this today for my son's birthday (he loves to help in the kitchen). We used a castle Bundt pan (10 cups) and it was delicious.

We made this today for my son's birthday (he loves to help in the kitchen). We used a castle Bundt pan (10 cups) and it was delicious.
We only had frozen strawberries. I chopped them a bit after I thawed them out. Adding the flour to the berries and juice worked well, though I was hesitant to try it. We also used Smart Balance instead of butter.
Instead of liqueur, we used 1 tsp. strawberry flavoring, 1/2 tsp. red food coloring, and 1 and 1/2 T. soy milk.
